Thank You Flowers
Flowers are a lovely way to say thank you
Flowers can convey many different emotions, but they are the perfect way to highlight your gratitude. They are a simple way to say thank you after a job interview or after a friend has helped you with a difficult task. Because they are always appreciated, you'll definitely make a splash if you offer thank you flowers to someone you appreciate.
Types of Thank You Flowers
- Thank you letter flowers: If you want to show your appreciation to someone for some hard work they've done for you, send them a thank you letter with bouquet of flowers. If you know the person well, create a custom bouquet of their favorite flowers. If you don't, just choose an arrangement you think they'll like. Often, a thank you note and flowers can express a sense of gratitude that either one alone cannot convey.
- Thank you gift baskets: One or two flowers, such as big, bright gerbera daisies, make a beautiful accent to a gift basket full of other goodies. Cheese, wine or chocolate are often wonderful ways to show someone your appreciation. Again, if you know the person well, try to customize the basket to their particular tastes. If not, stick to fairly safe, generic items.
- Corporate thank you gifts: Flowers are an excellent way for businesses to show appreciation to their employees in general or to specific employees who go above and beyond. Again, a simple bouquet of daisies or a small arrangement of seasonal flowers will indicate gratitude and brighten up the employee's office space. For a job particularly well done, an accompanying bottle of wine, box of chocolates or gift certificate may also be in order.
How to Send Thank You Flowers
You can pick up a pre-made bouquet at your local florist or market and deliver it personally, or you can create a custom order with a florist and ask them to deliver it. If you want to send flowers to someone in another city or even another state, you can either look up a florist in the recipient's location or call one of the national florist chains who deliver bouquets anywhere in the country. Keep in mind that you won't be able to see the flowers before they're sent, so be as specific as possible about what flowers, colors, etc. you want.
